Booking and payments

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before check-in. After this point, the full booking amount becomes non-refundable.
The balance for your booking is due 4 weeks prior to check in. Your card will either be charged automatically or you will receive an email with a link to our payment portal where you can make payment.
We only require a safety deposit on The Ridge, Anglesey and Harbourside Apartment, Mevagissey
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to all bookings. We do not impose a maximum stay, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy an extended visit if desired.

Check-in & Check-out

Our check in time is 4:00pm and our check out time is 10:00am
Guests will receive their check-in instructions one week prior to their arrival date.
All of our properties offer self check-in for your convenience. Each property is equipped with a secure key box containing the house keys and, where applicable, car park keys.

Property & Amenities

Yes, bedding and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the property, ensuring all guests are comfortably accommodated.

No, smoking is not permitted at the properties.
Pets are welcome at our pet-friendly properties—please look for the pet-friendly icon when booking. A £15 charge applies per stay.
No, parties and events are not permitted in the property.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Yes, for stays longer than 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean is provided.
